The Quotes Application is a useful tool because it serves as a vehicle for sales representatives to communicate information to a customer. It is then up to the customer to approve a quote, sign the order, and find means to pay for the product(s). A salesperson can add all desired items to an order, create an order labeled Quote, send confirmation via email, wait for an electronic signature and payment before the quote can become an official order.
The application helps you conduct business to business transactions with individuals who may not have a credit card at the moment or permission to place an order. Using the app, you can determine the progress of the order (if the quote was sent, approved, paid, etc.) and view communication history between a salesperson and client. This interface keeps quotes easy to manage and can allow you to follow through with clients more efficiently. Organized in the Orders Application, all quotes are distinctly labeled, differentiating them from regular orders. Within this stand alone application, you can view all quotes in an organized database.
The Quotes Application creates and organizes all of the quotes you
create for your customers. It is tightly integrated with the Orders,
Users, and Customers Applications making the process of monitoring a
quote transaction seamless and organized.
